1. How long does it take to deliver?
We take around 8-12 days to deliver customized gifts.
For ready-to-ship gifts, it usually takes around 5-8 days for delivery.
Lead times for bulk orders may take around 3-4 weeks.
2. Where are we based?
We are based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3. Do you ship across India?
We ship all over India.

We take great care, attention and time to make sure your gift arrives looking good. Due to the nature of items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
We accept returns only in case a wrong or damaged product is delivered.(To be notified within 48 hours of delivery)
Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
We do not accept COD.
